How would you use the power to freeze time? Justice, money, love, or fame?

With the power to freeze time, you can ransack a casino, rescue a celebrity, or cheat death itself!"A Wise Use of Time" is a thrilling 260,000-word interactive sci-fi novel by Jim Dattilo, author of "Zombie Exodus," winner of the 2011 XYZZY "Special Recognition" award for interactive fiction. Its entirely text-based--without graphics or sound effects--and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination. When you freeze time, no one can see you, hear you, or stop you, except, perhaps, a handful of mysterious time controllers like yourself. Every second you steal puts more stress on your body and mind. Will you bring justice to the mobsters who run rampant in your city? Will you steal from them to provide for those in need? Will you share your power with friends and family? Will you destroy your own powers, or will your powers destroy you first?• Play as male or female; gay, straight, or bisexual.• Develop relationships with one of four main romantic options (or a secret one). Track your relationships and moral stats as they change.• Level up your time-control powers, or nullify them to protect yourself and others.Bug fixes. This story just really wasnt for me so I didnt find it worth my coin.. I was hoping it would be a mysterious adventure with twists and turns (cause it's about controlling time you know?), but it turned out to be VERY boring. But, hey, if you like soap operas and insurance, check it out.

It keeps making the choices without me actually choosing them. I'll be reading and scrolling then suddenly it just pops to the next page without me picking anything.

It was a amazing story. My only issue with it is not having save points, but going through the story is amazing. I only hope the next part comes out soon

Quite liked this one all things considered. Am a bit annoyed at the lack of option to save at any point but for the most part, I found the premise and the storyline quite enjoyable

I actually purchased this book. You are a normal person that suddenly gains the ability to stop time. What this story does well is sell the normal person part. Working for the life insurance company was kind of boring and the boss fights were somewhat anticlimactic. The characters in game are very well developed and the plot was good too. The author did a great job with world building and tying up loose ends at the end. Its got romance and replayability. Overall it's a good read.

I love it! There's so many different routes you can do! Two things I'd like to say though; Firstly, the relationship point system is somewhat inaccurate. Ex- The main character always treats their roommates as friends, even when they're labeled "enemy". Secondly, can you make a route where befriending Barnabas is possible? The most you can do at the moment is get him to trust you enough to be led to the scientist. The most relationship points I've gotten with him so far is "adversary (71)".
